Loxton Health Centre aims to provide a high standard of care to our community.
If you have a grievance or complaint about the services you have received, please follow these steps:
1. Speak to the Practice Manager or Principal Doctor.
2. If you are not comfortable to address your grievance in person, please write a letter addressed to either the Practice Manager/Principal Doctor or fill in the Complaints Report Form to explain your grievance.
All grievances/complaints are treated with the utmost confidentiality and all issues will be addressed.
If you are not satisfied or comfortable with the response you receive, you may contact the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner https://www.hcscc.sa.gov.au/
