It is a requirement when you enter the Health Centre that you check-in via the QR code or add your details to the sign-in sheet – located at the entrance to the waiting room.
Please adhere to safe distance and hand hygiene rules – hand sanitiser is provided for you at the entrance to the waiting room.
We are in a difficult and challenging time and we thank you for your patience.
Remember – be kind to each other.

Loxton Health Centre is a family-focused general practice providing holistic medical care across the full spectrum of lifelong concerns.

We aim to ensure people have access to a doctor in a timeframe consistent with the urgency of their need and, when possible to see the doctor of their choice.

While this is not always manageable, doctors on the roster are equipped to respond appropriately.
