Consultations:
To book a consultation or an emergency on-the-day appointment, please phone reception – 8584 7321.
Consultations are by appointment, 10-15 minutes each from 8.30am to 4.30pm weekdays.
Patients will receive a confirmation SMS from Hot Docs – please respond according to the instructions in the SMS.
We endeavour to run on time, however due to the unpredictable nature and complexities of each patient’s problem, this is not always possible.
Our on-call doctor is also responsible for managing any medical emergencies presenting to the Loxton Hospital. We regret that at times you may experience delays and we appreciate your patience whilst you wait.

Home visits – are available in special circumstances.

Patient Information Form
New patients are requested to complete the New Patients form found on the HotDocs app. Please complete the form and bring it with you to your first appointment. Admin Staff are happy to assist you.
All information that is collected in this practice is CONFIDENTIAL and is only used during your consultation. Once entered into our electronic records system, the paper copy is shredded.
Quick Facts
We have a variety of recall and reminder systems.
Patients will be notified about any abnormal test results.
Nurses available for result enquiries 10am – 4pm.
Interpreters/Support Workers available if required.
The Patient Assistance Transport Scheme (PATS) is a subsidy program that provides reimbursement for some of the costs involved with medical care, travel, escort and accommodation when rural and remote South Australians travel over 100km to see a Specialist. Advice and application forms are available on-line – your GP and Specialist are required to sign your application form. Please speak to our admin staff if you require assistance with the forms.
